This month's recipe is Braised blade of beef with bubble and squeak cakes.
This is a great winter warmer using seasonal vegetables. The recipe is using a relatively cheap cut of meat and is ideal if you're having a few friends over at Christmas or New Year.
New month we'll be featuring slow roasted ham hocks with wholegrain mustard mash and a cider and parsley sauce.
